Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026. Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using https://grafikart.in (the "Website"), operated as GrafiKart ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Website, creating an account or purchasing a product you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About the marketplace

GrafiKart is an online marketplace. Digital design files are created and uploaded by independent sellers ("Sellers") and purchased by customers ("Buyers"). We provide the platform, payment collection and file delivery. Sellers remain responsible for the originality and rights of the designs they upload.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, breach these Terms or misuse the Website.

3. Digital products and delivery

All products are digital files. Nothing is shipped physically.
After your payment is confirmed, download links become available in your account under My orders, and may also be emailed to you.
Each purchase allows up to 5 downloads. If you need more because of a lost file or device change, contact us and we will help.
UPI payments that are verified manually may take some time to be confirmed. Delivery begins once the payment is verified.
File formats, dimensions and software requirements are described on each product page. Please check that you have compatible software (for example Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW) before buying. Fonts or stock images that are not included will be mentioned by the Seller where applicable.

4. Prices and payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Prices and offers may change at any time. The price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
Payments are processed through UPI, cards, net banking or other methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card or UPI PIN details.
Coupons are single-purpose promotions and may have conditions, limits or expiry dates.

5. Licence granted to Buyers

When you buy a design, the Seller grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to:

Edit and customise the file for your own use or for your clients' projects.
Print the design and use the printed or digital result for personal and commercial purposes, such as marketing material, social media, invitations, products and packaging.

You may NOT:

Resell, share, sub-license, upload, distribute or give away the original source files, in whole or in part, including on other marketplaces, file-sharing or cloud sites.
Claim the original design as your own work, or register it as a trademark or copyright.
Use the design in anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or misleading.
Bypass or interfere with download limits or security of the Website.

Third-party elements (such as fonts, photographs or logos) that appear in a preview image may not be included in the download and may need their own licence. Some designs may carry additional terms from the Seller on the product page.

6. Terms for Sellers

Sellers must complete registration and any verification (KYC) we request before selling, and must give accurate identity, contact and payout details.
You may upload only designs that you created or have full rights to sell. You must not upload copied, pirated, trademarked or otherwise infringing material, and files must be free from viruses and malicious code.
All designs are reviewed before publication. We may reject, unpublish or remove any design without notice if it breaches these Terms, the seller guide or the law.
GrafiKart retains a platform commission of 1% on each sale. The balance is added to your seller balance.
Payouts can be requested once your balance reaches INR 500 and are sent to the bank or UPI details you provide, after any refunds or disputes are settled.
Sellers are responsible for their own income tax and any applicable GST or other tax obligations.
If a design is found to infringe someone's rights, we may remove it, withhold related earnings and suspend the store.

7. Prohibited use

You agree not to use the Website to: break any law; attempt unauthorised access; scrape, copy or harvest content or data; introduce malware; upload false, offensive or infringing content; or use another person's payment method without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The GrafiKart name, logo, website design and our own content are our property. Designs remain the property of their respective Sellers. Except for the licence in section 5, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Copyright complaints

If you believe a design on the Website infringes your rights, email contact@grafikart.in with your name, contact details, the product link, proof of ownership and a description of the issue. We will review it promptly and may remove the content while we investigate.

10. Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, purchases are generally non-refundable. Our Refund Policy explains the exceptions and how to request help.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We are not responsible for results from the way you edit, print or use a design, or for software compatibility beyond what is stated on the product page.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit or business.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Website, or ask us to close your account, at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its update date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve any issue amicably. Any dispute that cannot be resolved will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
