Order details: products purchased, order numbers, amounts, coupons used, payment status and payment reference (such as a UPI transaction reference).
Seller details: store name, profile and bio, logo and cover images, payout details (bank or UPI), and verification (KYC) information such as your full name, address and government ID details and documents. Sensitive ID numbers are stored encrypted and documents are kept in a private, non-public location.
Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate region and IP address, collected through standard logs and basic visit statistics.
Communications: messages and emails you send to our support team, and reviews you submit.

2. How we use your information

To create and manage your account and process orders, payments and downloads.
To deliver digital files and send order, payment and account notifications.
To verify Sellers, prevent fraud and misuse, and keep the marketplace safe.
To calculate and send Seller earnings and payouts.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
To improve the Website, understand traffic and fix problems.
To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are made through UPI, cards, net banking or other methods offered at checkout and are handled by the relevant payment provider or bank. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking passwords.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when needed:

With Sellers: limited information about a sale (such as the product bought), but not your contact details unless needed to resolve an issue.
With service providers: payment processors, hosting, email and security services that work for us under confidentiality.
With authorities: when required by law, court order or to protect our rights, users and the public.
In a business transfer: if the business is merged or sold, your data may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

5. Cookies
